Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Marathwada Region. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities for tailored solutions. Responsibilities will include managing client accounts, addressing queries promptly, and proactively offering value-based recommendations to strengthen client engagement. The role also entails coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and solutions, as well as contributing to the company's growth by achieving assigned targets and fostering customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills to establish trust and partnerships with clients.
  • Expertise in understanding client requirements and offering suitable industrial or commercial solutions.
  • Experience in account management, client retention, and handling customer queries.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical, automation, power transmission, energy optimization, or solar product portfolios is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and teamwork capabilities.
