Ummeed Housing Finance Private Limited (Ummeed) is a housing finance company registered with the National Housing Bank (NHB). We specialize in providing home loans and loans against property to lower and middle-income Indian families, focusing on addressing the needs of those with informal incomes who have limited access to organized finance. Ummeed offers customized home loans, ranging from INR 3 to 50 lakhs, for the purchase of apartments, home construction, improvements, extensions, or loans against property. We are committed to providing doorstep service and fast processing to make financing accessible and efficient for our customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Dwarka. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable loan products. The role involves assessing borrower eligibility, processing loan applications, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for market research, identifying potential clients, and working closely with the sales and credit teams to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer relationship management and loan processing
Strong understanding of financial products and services
Ability to assess borrower eligibility and provide customized loan solutions
Proficiency in market research and identifying potential clients
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
