Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing property management services. Daily tasks include tenant care, handling lease renewals, conducting background checks, processing maintenance requests, and ensuring timely rent collection. The Relationship Manager will also advise on resale and investment opportunities, comply with legal and documentation procedures, and maintain regular communication with clients to deliver a high level of service and satisfaction.

What you will do

✅ Manage rental portfolios and ensure timely rent collections & renewals

✅ Build strong relationships with owners (HNI/NRI) & tenants

✅ Handle escalations and provide professional solutions

✅ Coordinate with internal teams (operations, telecallers, marketing) for closures

✅ Track portfolio performance & report directly to management

✅ Upsell renewals and cross-sell new properties to clients

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management and property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and investment advisory
• Ability to handle legal documentation and ensure RERA compliance
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for property management
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related
