We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing team at The Telephony Co. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and concerns Manage client accounts and maintain strong client relations Coordinate with internal departments to deliver prompt resolutions Provide updates and reports on client interactions and satisfaction Ensure customer retention and handle escalations efficiently Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively
