Role Overview: Were looking for a smart, energetic Relationship Manager who thrives on connecting with founders and CXOs, understands the startup ecosystem, and can help drive our deal pipeline forward. The role involves dealing with corporate clients, including SMEs and large corporations, and advising them on various banking and financial products and services offered by different banks. Roles and Responsibility: Meet the client to maintain the relationship, execute the assignment / transaction. Making presentation on the projects and performing Financial Feasibility analysis (Financial model, CMA, Ratio Analysis, credit Analysis) Need to have an understanding of various banking products and services Interact with Banks and other financial institutions to execute business proposals Need to prepare and present financing arrangements to potential financiers Structure and negotiate terms acceptable to market partners Essentials Skills: Strong analytical ability and understanding of financial reports Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Self-motivated individuals Positive attitude Focused and persistent and high energy level Qualification: CA or MBA ( Finance) Experience : Minimum 2 3 years Location: Mumbai

Role Overview The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening the organizations people function by leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition, managing HR operations, and supporting culture-building initiatives. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in independently managing core HR processes in a fast-paced corporate environment. Candidates with prior experience in the BFSI or consulting domain will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms (mandatory). Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future requirements. Payroll & HR Operations Oversee monthly payroll processing with accuracy and compliance. Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation. Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, confirmations, and goal-setting discussions. Track KRAs/KPIs and support managers in evaluating employee performance. Learning & Development Identify training needs and prepare L&D modules/sessions for relevant functions. Organise internal/external training programs and track learning effectiveness. Employee Engagement Plan and execute engagement initiatives to enhance organisational culture and employee morale. Address employee concerns with professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy. HR Policies & Compliance Ensure company HR policies are followed, updated, and communicated effectively. Maintain compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. Reporting & Data Management Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports for management review. Maintain and update the resume repository systematically for future hiring. Ensure accurate documentation and data hygiene across HR systems. Core Functional Skills Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Hands-on experience in payroll management and HR operations. Understanding of performance management frameworks and HR policy implementation. Ability to create L&D content, presentations, and HR training materials. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, HRMS tools, and data reporting. Exposure to BFSI or financial advisory industry (preferred). Behavioral Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. High levels of ownership, reliability, and ethical conduct. Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
