1. Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
2. Lead Conversion & Revenue Growth – Call potential leads, understand their needs, and convert them into course enrollments.
3. Client Support & Communication – Handle incoming calls, resolve client concerns promptly, and provide regular updates.
4. Collaboration & Coordination – Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (category, marketing, product) to deliver seamless service.
5. CRM & Data Management – Maintain accurate records, track engagement, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
