Job Description

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developingand maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction, and driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling,and proactive client engagement. The role requires excellent communication,interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the companyproducts/services to meet client needs effectively.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Buildand maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.

Actas the main point of contact for client queries, requests, and issue resolution

Workclosely with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to deliver seamlessservice to clients

Achieveset targets for client retention, revenue generation, and relationship growth

Maintainaccurate records of client communications and transactions in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria: Graduation with minimum 1year of experience.
