Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Explain our real estate projects and offerings to clients effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain records of client interactions and share feedback with the sales team.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve client experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (any stream).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Presentable personality and confident while talking to clients.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
