Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Influencer Partnership & Investor Outreach Executive to identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and public personalities who can help generate high-net-worth leads and attract investors in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of influencer marketing, investor behavior, and networking strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach influencers, thought leaders, content creators in finance, luxury lifestyle, business, and real estate niches.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers who can promote our real estate projects to potential investors.
• Create and execute influencer collaboration strategies aligned with investment goals.
• Coordinate campaigns that highlight our real estate offerings to HNI, NRI, and institutional investor segments.
• Analyze performance metrics and ROI of influencer-led investor campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align influencer strategies with broader sales goals.
• Stay updated on emerging influencer trends outreach tactics.

Requirements:

• Proven 10+years Relevant experience in influencer marketing, PR, or business development.
• Strong network or ability to build connections with influential personalities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the real estate investment landscape is a plus.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
