Relationship Manager Sales

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager - Sales, your primary responsibility will be to deliver powerful sales presentations in various settings, stay up-to-date on the organization's products and services, and secure profitable deals and referrals to meet sales targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve challenging targets in a goal-driven environment - Create pre-sales proposals for potential clients - Conduct compelling sales presentations to convert prospects into successful sales - Address objections and resolve customer conflicts by maintaining regular communication through meetings - Identify new business opportunities and potential customers - Cultivate and manage strong client relationships while providing high-quality customer service - Stay informed about new products and services - Assist in booking first-time holidays for new members and generate quality referrals from them Qualification Required: - Minimum Graduate - Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales - Preferred industry experience in Hospitality, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Education Sector, Home Loans, Real Estate, Telecom, BFSI, Ecommerce Additional Company Details: This role requires strong field sales experience and a willingness to work six days a week with a week off between Monday and Thursday.
