Relationship Manager – Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients through B2B sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell banking products and services, ensuring clients’ financial needs are met.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations to understand customer requirements.
• Cross-sell a wide range of financial and banking products to deepen client engagement.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client queries on time.
• Maintain accurate documentation, sales records, and client interaction reports.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in B2B or Banking/Financial Products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and cross-selling products.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
