**Job Description** As a Relationship Manager - Rural Business Banking in the Retail Banking department, your primary role is to provide financial solutions to meet the working requirements of Rural business banking customers. You will be responsible for asset New-To-Bank (NTB) client acquisition, liabilities, and FX deepening. Your focus will be on ensuring best-in-class relationship management and customer experience to establish yourself as the banking partner of choice for customers in the rural business banking segment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Acquire new customers for business banking with a detailed understanding of credit assessment. - Demonstrate knowledge in liability, Forex, trade, client relationships, delinquency management, relationship management, and possess an analytical mindset. - Manage the portfolio effectively through continuous monitoring of accounts, renewals, enhancement, retention, and ensuring portfolio hygiene with minimal open deferral and covenants. - Develop a strong working relationship with branch banking for cross-leveraging & synergy optimization within the overall bank ecosystem. - Evaluate growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from various channels and customers. - Recommend process changes to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network. - Demonstrate sales planning ability by conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives. - Have an understanding of financial statements, credit assessment, and title-security documents. **Secondary Responsibilities:** - Contribute to product knowledge by sharing competitor data and positive processes. - Provide support for the development of new products for existing and new customer segments. **Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:** - Foster a collaborative work culture between the branch, assets team, and support structure to empower front-line teams. - Build, grow, and nurture the team of Relationship Managers in the region. **Qualification Required:** - Graduation in BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate degree. This role requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field.,
