As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our rural business banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with rural business banking clients
• Understand clients financial needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Cross-sell banking products and services to clients
• Conduct regular client visits to build rapport and identify new business opportunities
• Monitor and manage client portfolios to ensure profitability and minimize risk
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Achieve individual and team targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business banking department
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in rural banking
• Strong understanding of rural banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
