The role of a Relationship Manager-Business Banking in the Business Banking function is to provide financial solutions to fulfill the working requirements of business banking customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch relationship management and customer experience to establish yourself as the preferred banking partner for the clients. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new-to-bank clients for assets, liabilities, and FX, collaborating closely with product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening. Key responsibilities of the role: - Acquire new customers for business banking by conducting detailed credit assessments. - Possess knowledge in liability, Forex, trade, client relationships, delinquency management, and maintain an analytical mindset. - Monitor and manage the portfolio effectively, ensuring minimal open deferral and covenants. - Foster a strong relationship with branch banking to optimize synergies and collaboration within the bank ecosystem. - Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from various channels. - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network. - Demonstrate expertise in sales planning, conceptualizing promotions, and marketing initiatives. - Understand financial statements, credit assessment, and title-security documents. Educational Qualifications: - Graduation: Any Graduate Experience: - 5-10 years of relevant branch banking experience.
