Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and grow the business. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support. Build and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and preferences. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in retail mortgages or a related field. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with diverse client groups and building strong relationships.
