Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in retail mortgages and relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets and goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve client queries and issues.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and relationship management principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with diverse client groups and building strong relationships.
