Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role also involves managing property portfolios, negotiating terms with clients and developers, and providing seamless customer experiences throughout the property buying or selling process. Responsibilities include delivering customer satisfaction, driving sales, and achieving performance targets while cultivating trust and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and real estate markets.
• Ability to analyze client needs, provide tailored solutions, and close deals efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related software for managing client data and sales processes.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is recommended.
