Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Hennur, Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assisting clients with property purchases and investments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
• Delivering engaging sales presentations.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align goals, strategies, and client objectives.

Qualification

• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Real Estate and Property Management knowledge
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Marketing Strategy and Campaign Coordination experience
• Data Analysis and Insight Generation capabilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Real Estate or Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
