Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in General Insurance Sales (Life & Health), Agency Channel, Direct Channel, Field Sales, or Insurance Sales. Strong understanding of general insurance products such as health insurance, life insurance, etc. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets and deadlines.
