Description We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager(male ) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client engagement. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their satisfaction levels. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding new products or services. Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
