Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, understanding their financial objectives, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, advising on banking and investment products, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales and service targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to streamline processes and provide resolutions to client inquiries or issues effectively.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge in financial products, banking operations, and investment advisory
Customer service orientation and the ability to provide exceptional client experiences
Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve targets
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams
Competency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools including CRM software
Graduate degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
Prior experience in retail banking, sales, or financial services is a plus
