Responsibilities: Business Development: · Create a pipeline of potential clients and develop effective business strategies. · Identify and recruit high-performing individuals to build a strong team. Portfolio Management. · Take P&L responsibility for multiple branches, ensuring business volume and portfolio quality meet targets. · Coordinate with Operations & Credit to develop effective business strategies. Strategic Planning: · Achieve and exceed business goals by implementing region-specific innovative strategies. · Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals aligned with client needs and objectives. Team Management: · Lead and manage a team of BM/ABM/RM. · Measure and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team and channel partners. Market Analysis: · Stay familiar with the NBFC's core system and market trends. · Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns and services. Training And Development: · Lead and supervise the team, providing best-in-class business development training. · Develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities to maximize performance. Required Candidate Profile: · Post Graduate/Graduate in any stream. · 10-20 years of prior experience in mortgage sales in NBFC/HFC in Delhi NCR. · Managerial experience in handling a diverse team.
