Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank, with 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in micro mortgages and excellent relationship management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of loans and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base.
Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide personalized solutions for micro mortgage products.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
