Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd, with 4-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in micro mortgages and excellent relationship management skills. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and financial products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with banking operations and procedures. Experience in managing relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
