Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and generate leads for micro mortgage products. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from micro mortgage products. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in micro mortgages or inclusive banking. Strong understanding of financial products and services related to micro mortgages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with relationship management software and technology is an added advantage.
