Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Conduct customer visits to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, relationship management, and micro mortgages. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in small finance banks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using technology and software applications for sales management.
