Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in micro mortgages or inclusive banking. Strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with relationship management software and tools.
