Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in micro mortgages or inclusive banking. Strong understanding of financial products and services related to micro mortgages. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with relationship management software and tools.
