Job Summary

We are seeking a Relationship Management to act as the primary point of contact with clients. The role focuses on client onboarding, communication, servicing, and coordination, ensuring seamless and professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to existing clients.
• Maintain regular client communication to build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate client data entry and record maintenance.
• Generate basic reports and assist in data analysis and chart preparation using MS Excel or similar tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIF and related investment products.
• Good time management, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience or exposure to Banks, Mutual Funds, AMCs, or Insurance companies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
