Serve as the
main point of contact for clients
, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Assist with
onboarding of new clients
and provide ongoing support to existing clients.
Maintain regular client communication to build long-term relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service and issue resolution.
Ensure accurate
client data entry and record maintenance

Generate basic reports and assist in
data analysis and chart preparation
using MS Excel or similar tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or a similar role.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of
financial products
such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIF and related investment products.
Good time management, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Basic proficiency in
MS Office
, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory

Prior experience or exposure to
Banks, Mutual Funds AMCs, or Insurance companies
is a plus.
