Designation : Relationship Manager - Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients to promote insurance products.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions (Life Insurance).
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Explain policy details, terms, and conditions clearly to clients.
• Assist clients in the claim settlement process.
• Achieve sales targets and business development goals.
• Maintain proper records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and compliance requirements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Commerce or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven experience in insurance sales/financial services (added advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to clients.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
