Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Green Nest Business Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential members, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving member retention and growth within our community. Key Responsibilities: Member Engagement & Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Proactively engage with members to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to add value. Organize community events, networking sessions, and workshops to foster collaboration and enhance the member experience. Onboarding & Orientation: Manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first impression. Conduct tours and orientations for prospective clients and new members. Sales & Business Development: Support the sales team by providing feedback on leads, identifying upsell opportunities, and assisting with client conversions. Promote and sell additional services and space upgrades to existing clients. Operations & Administration: Collaborate with the operations team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics across the space. Monitor member satisfaction through feedback tools and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. Management of Invoices and Accounts Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on member engagement, retention rates, and satisfaction levels. Analyze trends and provide insights to inform community strategies and improvements.
