Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining business relationships, providing financial advice, assisting customers with home loan applications, and processing loans. The role also involves customer service, handling sales queries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Relationship Management skills.
• Finance knowledge and experience in the financial sector.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Proven ability in Sales and achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the housing finance industry is mandatory.
