Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Proven experience in identifying and engaging potential lenders and investors for Debt Funding, Stressed Asset Financing, Special Situations Financing, Debt Restructuring Opportunities, and Equity Funding, with a strategy to onboard them to the platform.

2. Build and maintain a large network of Banks, NBFCs, Institutional Fund Houses, VCs, PEs, Large Family Offices, Ultra HNIs, and HNIs to foster partnerships.

3. Deep understanding of Debt, Equity, and Structured Financing, along with financial markets, private equity, private credit, and capital-raising strategies.

4. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills to drive investor/lender engagement and partnership initiatives.

5. Expertise in risk assessment, due diligence, and investor compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and collaboration.

6. Establish and implement SOPs for investor onboarding, engagement, and reporting to ensure transparency and compliance.

7. Act as a liaison between credit, operations, management, and lenders/investors to facilitate term sheet finalization and transaction sanctioning.

8. Conduct matchmaking of transactions with suitable lenders/investors, ensuring alignment with their investment criteria and risk appetite.

9. Lead outreach, negotiations, and fundraising initiatives to drive capital-raising efforts and strategic partnerships.

10. Monitor investor details, track engagement, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams for efficient execution.

11. Represent the company at industry forums, investor events, and networking platforms to expand the investor base and enhance brand visibility.

12. Drive capital-raising efforts, strategic partnerships, and investor relations to support business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

13. Consistently achieve minimum targets for investor/lender onboarding and secure a defined number of term sheets/sanctions to support business growth.

This role requires a proactive professional with strong networking, negotiation, and financial expertise to build and manage investor/lender relationships, ensuring successful partnerships and transaction execution.
