Job Description

As a Relationship Manager at Finquo Versity, your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships, converting leads into active clients, and ensuring client satisfaction to contribute to the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Contacting and following up with leads diligently to convert them into active clients by effectively communicating the company's services' value proposition. - Assisting new clients in the account creation process, ensuring accurate and prompt completion of all necessary documentation. - Working towards achieving individual sales targets set by the Team lead. - Addressing and resolving any client issues related to account management, trading, or service quality. - Educating clients on market trends, trading strategies, and the features of the trading platform to help them make informed decisions. - Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and account activities. - Providing regular updates and reports to the Team lead on lead status, client interactions, and sales performance. - Staying informed about market trends, Forex trading strategies, and economic developments that could impact clients. - Collaborating with other Relationship Managers and TL's to share insights, strategies, and best practices. - Offering feedback on the sales process and suggesting improvements to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
