Relationship Manager (Female)

As a Relationship Manager, your main role will be to drive client engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You will achieve this by conducting periodic check-ins, providing updates, and nurturing relationships with clients. A crucial aspect of your responsibilities will involve collecting feedback from clients to enhance services and sharing valuable insights with internal teams for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): - **Client Relationship Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong and long-lasting relationships are established and maintained. - **Client Onboarding:** Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients by understanding their requirements, aligning expectations, and coordinating internal setup processes. - **Project Coordination:** Gather project requirements from clients, effectively communicate them to internal teams (tech/design/operations), and ensure smooth project delivery. - **Upselling and Cross-selling:** Identify opportunities to offer additional services or solutions to existing clients, contributing to increased account value and overall customer satisfaction. In addition to the key responsibilities outlined above, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term partnerships, coordinating project requirements, and identifying upselling opportunities.
