Relationship Manager (Female)

As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive client engagement initiatives in order to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This will involve conducting periodic check-ins, providing updates, and nurturing relationships with clients. Additionally, you will be tasked with collecting feedback from clients to improve services and sharing valuable insights with internal teams to facilitate continuous improvement. We are seeking a proactive and client-focused individual who excels in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will be expected to onboard new clients seamlessly, foster long-term partnerships, manage project requirements efficiently, and identify opportunities for upselling. Effective communication, coordination, and relationship management skills are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring strong and enduring client relationships. - Client Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients by understanding their needs, aligning expectations, and coordinating internal setup procedures. - Project Coordination: Gather and communicate project requirements from clients to internal teams (tech/design/operations) for the purpose of ensuring seamless project delivery. - Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to offer additional services or solutions to existing clients, thereby increasing account value and enhancing customer satisfaction.
