Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Female Relationship Manager to manage member engagement, events, and client servicing for our premium club. The role requires excellent communication, hospitality orientation, and the ability to build strong relationships with high-profile members.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with club members and guests.Act as the first point of contact for members queries, feedback, and requirements.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of events, dining, and facilities.Ensure premium service standards and member satisfaction at all times.Plan and support member engagement activities and promotions.Maintain accurate member records and prepare reports for management.Handle escalations professionally and ensure resolution with a personal touch.RequirementsGraduate/Post-Graduate in Hospitality, Management, or related field.4+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Guest Relations Executive, or in hospitality/client servicing roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English essential; Hindi/Marathi preferred).Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with elite members.Presentable, confident, and service-oriented personality.Prior experience in hospitality, premium clubs, 5-star hotels, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
