Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle client inquiries and provide property details through calls, meetings, and site visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.
Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and new project launches.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain client databases.
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
Good knowledge of local property markets and trends.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
