Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy, clarity, and customer-centricity.
Maintain consistent service experience across all touchpointsoffice visits, calls, email, and documentation.
Handle customer queries, concerns, feedback, and expectations effectively.
Update systems, trackers, SAP modules, and maintain accurate customer history.
Manage collections and achieve collection targets for assigned projects.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation for customer transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and systemic gaps.
Maintain low complaint escalation and cancellation rates.
Ensure 90%100% revenue assurance for assigned portfolios.
Follow standardized MIS processes and support booking data analysis for management insights.
