Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Operations Support

Visit client sites as instructed for routine checks and updates.
Assist in coordinating with security personnel and reporting field issues.
Ensure timely delivery and collection of documents, ID cards, equipment, and materials.

2. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain basic records of field visits, attendance, and materials issued.
Provide daily field reports to the Operations Supervisor.
Assist with documentation required for compliance or audits.

3. Client & Staff Coordination

Serve as a communication link between site staff and management.
Support deployment and arrangement of manpower at sites.
Help in resolving minor on-site operational issues.

4. Logistics & Support

Assist with movement and distribution of uniforms, tools, and security supplies.
Perform basic administrative tasks as required.
Ensure all equipment is handled safely and responsibly.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass (or as required).
Prior experience in field work or security services (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic communication skills (Hindi/English or local language).
Ability to ride a bike and valid driving license (if required).
