Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

Advocating for organic awareness and promoting sustainable agricultural practices & Reviewing the operator file with all documents
Excellent training and communication skills to work effectively with small farmers
Conducting training sessions on applicable organic standards and regulatory requirements.
Preparing certificates & presenting the file to Certification Committee or reviewer.
Provide necessary support to coordinators in handling complaints and follow up actions in case of inspected/audited operators. Having a proactive attitude and effectively discussing project requirements with peers and team members for successful implementation.
Preparation of farm management, including crop planning, planting, cultivation, harvesting, pest and disease control, and post-harvest handling for certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
