Job Description

To drive B2B sales for Care Health Insurance primarily through assigned private bank channels. This role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with bank branch heads and staff, coordinating sales efforts to generate new business, ensuring optimal branch activation, and consistently achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth in the health insurance sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

B2B Sales & Business Generation:

  • Actively drive B2B sales of Care Health Insurance products through private banking partnerships.
  • Coordinate closely with bank branch Heads and their staff to identify sales opportunities and generate new business for health insurance.
  • Proactively engage with bank partners to promote health insurance solutions and integrate them into the bank's offerings.

Private Bank Channel Management:

  • Take comprehensive care of the assigned private bank branches, ensuring their sustained engagement and performance in selling health insurance.
  • Conduct regular visits to bank branches to foster strong relationships, provide support, and facilitate ongoing sales activities.

Relationship Building & Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain excellent rapport and strong relationships with Bank Managers (BMs) and bank staff at the branch level.
  • Collaborate effectively with bank personnel to enhance their understanding of health insurance products and sales processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for bank partners for all business-related queries and support.

Business Driving & Target Achievement:

  • Drive the overall business of health insurance from the assigned private bank branches, focusing on maximizing premium collection and policy issuance.
  • Implement strategies to increase the number of active branches selling Care Health Insurance products.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the designated banking channel.

Support & Problem Resolution:

  • Provide necessary sales support and guidance to bank staff to overcome challenges and optimize sales conversions.
  • Address any operational or sales-related issues promptly to ensure smooth business flow between Care Health Insurance and the private bank branches.

Measure of Success:

  • Achievement of defined sales targets.
  • Effectiveness of Relationship Management at the Regional/Branch level.
  • Increase in the number of active bank branches.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, specifically with Bank Managers (BMs) and bank staff.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Basic understanding of health insurance products and processes.
