Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager with 1-7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing financial products and building relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for financial products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, and other investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, positive connections with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify client needs and provide support to resolve issues promptly.
Grow business through upsells and new client acquisition.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products, including Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, and Investments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide solutions.
Experience in team management and leadership is an added advantage.
Qualification: B.A, B.C.A, B.Com, BDS, Bachelor of Hotel Management, B.Sc, B.Tech.
