Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Baripada. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing portfolios, offering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring optimal client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, conducting needs analysis, providing product information and advice, managing customer queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience in the insurance or banking industry is a plus
