Relationship Manager - Branch Banking

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable life insurance solutions. Your primary goal will be to achieve monthly sales targets, ensure policy issuance, and follow up on leads provided by the company. Additionally, you will generate additional leads through references, cold calling, and fieldwork, educate customers about product features, benefits, and claim process, and maintain daily activity records. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage relationships with prospective customers. - Understand customer needs and offer suitable life insurance solutions. - Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure policy issuance. - Follow up on leads provided by the company (70% leads will be shared). - Generate additional leads through references, cold calling, and fieldwork. - Educate customers about product features, benefits, and claim process. - Maintain daily activity records and provide sales updates to reporting manager. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in the life insurance or BFSI industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of insurance products and services.
