Relationship Manager - Branch Banking

As a Relationship Manager, your primary role will involve developing new High Net worth Customer relationships and expanding existing ones for liabilities. You will be responsible for sourcing customers through external efforts and acquisition channels. Additionally, cross-selling bank products to the existing set of Branch customers and informing them about new products or enhancements will be crucial to further expand the banking relationship. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new High Net worth Customer relationships and expand existing ones - Source new bank customers through external efforts and acquisition channels - Cross-sell bank products to existing Branch customers - Inform customers about new products or enhancements - Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events - Coordinate with other group companies to provide access to other products - Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts - Track customer complaints/queries and ensure quick turnaround times for customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 3-5 years of experience or Post Graduate with 2-3 years of experience - Customer orientation - High energy and drive - AMFI / IRDA certification is preferred This role requires a customer-centric approach, high energy levels, and the drive to meet targets. Having AMFI / IRDA certification would be an added advantage.,
