Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Chittorgarh. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service, and addressing their insurance needs. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, resolving customer queries, providing information about insurance products, and upselling relevant products and services. The role requires coordination with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Experience in customer service and client management
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Ability to resolve customer queries and provide solutions
• Sales and upselling skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
