Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khargone and nearby area as a Relationship Manager at Axis Bank. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing from open market, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. The role involves acquiring new clients, cross-selling financial products, managing portfolios, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Additionally, the candidate will monitor market trends and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven expertise in cross-selling financial products and managing customer portfolios
• Understanding of financial services and products such as loans, deposits, and wealth management solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and implementing growth strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable
