Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Thrissur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing appropriate insurance solutions. Daily tasks include client meetings, follow-ups, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Strong relationship-building and client management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets
Ability to conduct market analysis and develop strategies
Knowledge of insurance products and financial services is preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the local market is advantageous
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and in a team
